Well,I am off to the doctors,should rent a room there. I have to get 2 sets of FMLA papers done as my job has become very crappy about it.
I am trying to keep my spirits up..
B- Granola bar L-Baked Chicken,Broc with Cheese D-Beef and Barley soup S- Apple
If I seem absent,it is because right now,I am holding on to life by my fingernails. Be Well.

Let me know how the doctor visit goes. My thoughts and prayers are with you sweetie.

I didn't sleep well last night and I am sure tonight won't be any better. I am just so worried about Nic's testing.

B-yogurt w/ kashi and string cheese
L-Salad w/chicken, cheese,  veggies, and sunflower seeds
D-Red Lobster with my family...can't wait!!

Boo,I will pray for you and Nic,God bless. I am black and blue from falling,the doc says it is my arthritis.

Good morning sweetie. I am keeping you in my prayers that things straighten out for you and stays straight. Remember that when you need us to hug and hold on to we are just one click away. I am sending love and big hugs to you and I truly hope that you can feel them across the country. We may be many miles apart but I feel like we are right next to each other.

Food today is alright. Not great but alright.

B: egg and sausage sandwich (we went and celebrated our new grandSON!)
S: banana
L: turkey breast and 2 cheese sticks
S: sf applesauce
D: ham salad and veggies
S: sf pudding

I hope that your day goes well and you have nothing but smooth roads today and always since that is what you so richly deserve.

Well I've had 1/2 peanut butter sandwich on low carb low cal whole grain bread and I'm working on yogurt.  I'm not eating much today because I keep having this stomach pain which the nurse in my doctor's office says is because I'm eating too fast!  Grrrrr!!!!  I'm so angry with that situation right now... I have a separate post about it.  I should be able to tell if pain is from eating too fast, I'm almost 3 months out.  Sorry everyone... I'll be venting until I get this out of my system.

Here I am , dragging up the tail end again.

What are we going to do with you? Just keep praying for the best!!

My "baby brother" turned 60 today and came to visit. He has had 3 shoulder replacement surgeries (one didn't work) and now both knees and hips are shot. This old age is not much fun.

Sending much love to you. Sorry I have been so out of touch lately.

Oh, Linda, I wish I could make all of this easier for you.  In my last job, I had to apply for leave due to mental health problems (depression), and though my employer was compliant about my leave application, they managed to let everybody in the company and our small community know what was going on.  I could have sued them for that, but I didn't have the energy.  So, all I can say is: stick up for yourself, because if you don't do it, no one else will.

B: oatmeal made w/ skim milk, banana, & PB2
S: iced skinny latte
L: shrimp cake, cauliflower & bacon salad
S: cheddar cheese
D: steak, braised kale & onions
S: SF pudding
